Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using debuger.net (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

debuger.net provides web performance monitoring, including Lighthouse audits, Core Web Vitals tracking, CrUX data integration and Real User Monitoring. Data provided is for informational purposes only.

3. Accounts

  • One account per natural person or legal entity.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • You must promptly notify us of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Payment & Billing

  • All prices are in EUR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Paid plans renew automatically (monthly or annually) until cancelled. You will be charged on the renewal date using the payment method on file.
  • A 1-day free trial is available for new accounts on paid plans. No charge is made until the trial ends.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Stripe billing portal (Settings → Billing). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • No refunds are issued for a billing period already in use. If you cancel during the free trial, you will not be charged.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only to monitor websites for which you are the owner or have explicit authorisation from the owner. You must not:

  • Monitor third-party websites without authorisation.
  • Use the Service to generate excessive load or perform denial-of-service attacks.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape or abuse the platform APIs.
  • Share account credentials with unauthorised parties.

6. Service Level & Availability

The Service is provided “as-is” without any guarantee of uptime or availability. We make reasonable efforts to maintain continuous operation but do not provide a formal SLA. Monitoring data is provided for informational purposes and should not be solely relied upon for critical business decisions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, debuger.net's total liability for any claim arising from the use of the Service is limited to the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time via Settings → Delete account. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days per our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email of material changes. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Italian courts.
